The Power of YOGA can be experienced in any environment, be it in the focussed conference room session or in midst of the busy cafeteria hustle-bustle! Though must admit the later is indeed a challenge, but the mind can be trained to remain focussed no matter what.
This workshop was conducted across 2 locations of CapGemini, Mumbai. The first batch consisted of over 100 employees while the other was a batch of 25. We together practiced 3 forms of breathing techniques (Pranayam), basic Yoga postures (asana) followed by stress management techniques (meditation and relaxation) . A truly well applauded response from the audience, especially from the one conducted in the cafeteria, as they experienced the art of focus and concentration in a busy surrounding, reiterating the importance of Mind Strength.
